Another $20 Mn Secured by Cloud Based POS Startup, Vend

Vend is web-based point-of-sale and retail management software founded in August 2009. This latest round of funding via Valar Ventures and Square Peg Capital brings their total to $37.5 Mn till date. Other investors include Point Nine Capital, Craig Winkler and Matt Rockman.
