CheBanca! Opts for Backbase Platform to Take its Banking Experience Up a Notch

CheBanca!, the retail bank under the Mediobanca Group, has selected Backbase’s Digital Banking Platform to improve their online and mobile banking experience. Backbase is an omni-channel digital banking specialist.

CheBanca! is known as one of the most innovative players in Italian banking. Backbase is one of the market leaders when it comes to next-generation digital banking experiences. Since both organizations are dedicated to providing customers with a superior customer banking experience, it makes sense that they decided to join forces. Backbase will be responsible for the complete omni-channel delivery of the CheBanca! digital banking services, from desktop, to tablet, and mobile devices.

Backbase has developed Backbase Engage, an out-of-the-box digital banking solution that is optimized for retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management specific scenarios. CheBanca! will primarily leverage Backbase Engage in their new offering.
