The expense management and reporting app works in three steps. First user has to take a picture of expense receipt, add some details, and submit for approval. The user if it a company or other organization, can create approval chains. The approving authority has to go through team’s expenses on the web interface and approve or reject them. Finally when the expenses are approved, the expense file can be exported to accounting software, spreadsheets or PDFs. The iPhone & Android app allows to snap pictures of any expenses, see the status of each expense as it is approved, rejected or waiting for accounting to reimburse. The app also allows to store plenty of receipts, easily access them, simplify expense reporting, allows less paperwork, integrate with accounting software online, store data for 10 years etc.
The company offers three plans: 1. Small plan which costs $25 per month and offers 200 expenses per year. 2. Medium plan which costs $52 per month and offers 600 expenses per year 3. Large plan which costs $83 per month and offers 1500 expenses per year.
