Development focuses on delivering the full end to end communications and compliance solution in the cloud as an integrated software solution. The next major release is Solgari Communicator which is our own soft phone that handles all the communication channels, allowing the recording & archiving of the same while also providing immediate CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com.

KEY DIFFERENTIATORS

Solgari's cloud software platform is based on a SOAP architecture which allows our services to be offered as an integrated or modular solution. When combined with our global carrier platform, this provides our customers an end to end solution in the cloud that is available anywhere the user has an internet connection. We have not seen any of the major US cloud communication vendors with this capability.
