The platform brings together essential marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, and more (such as retargeting, email, and social) and enables the user to automate and optimize his/her marketing actions. The platform provides reports like revenue, conversion, product, channel, and ROI identifying. It looks at what marketing tools are working and suggests taking action accordingly. These data-driven insights allow a user to choose the best marketing suitable to his/her product. During the onboarding process, the Springbot Customer Success Manager ensures that all business integrations (including shopping cart, marketing tools, and store data) are connected and working properly. The account manager helps installing Springbot to customer’s e-commerce store and integrating marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, and more.
