The platform provides reports like revenue, conversion, product, channel, and ROI identifying. It looks at what marketing tools are working and suggests taking action accordingly. These data-driven insights allow a user to choose the best marketing suitable to his/her product. During the onboarding process, the Springbot Customer Success Manager ensures that all business integrations (including shopping cart, marketing tools, and store data) are connected and working properly. The account manager helps installing Springbot to customer’s e-commerce store and integrating marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, and more.
The company generates revenue through four types of services: 1. Springbot Platform, which costs from $299 per month to $899 per month. 2. Springbot Email, which costs $49 per month to $299 per month. 3. Campaign Services, which costs $199 per month to $399 per month. 4. Activation Services, which costs $299; a one-time fee.
