About

Wisor was founded in 2014 to change the way mortgages are given and managed. Our goal is to move from standardized “plain vanilla” loans to personalized “tailored suits”. We developed an algorithm that performs optimization for structuring a mortgage loan to under certain personalized parameters, such as income, additional debt, desired monthly payment, risk preferences and more. We use data mining and crowd-sourcing technologies to know exactly what loan types and rates are available for every type of borrower, at any given time. In addition, we use technology to constantly monitor and manage mortgages throughout the lifetime of the loans. We analyze actual payments versus planned, notify borrowers when there is a refinancing opportunity and offer adjustments to the loan until it is fully repaid.
