M&A Deal Activity Increased in 2013 compared to 2012 in value, but #deals decreased

More than 40 deals happened in the payments sector in just last 2 years according to the new report released by Let’s Talk Payments. There were less deals in 2013 as compared to 2012 but they were bigger in terms of total value. Online Payment Gateways and payment processing segment seems to be consolidating the most globally.
