Advertising technology company, Edo Interactive has raised $20 million in Series E funding and has named Souheil Badran as the new president and CEO of the company. So far, the company has raised $93.5 million in funding in 11 rounds from 9 investors.

Badran has enormous experience in the payments services industry. He joined Edo Interactive from Digital River, where he was the Group Executive and General Manager for the company’s payments line of business. Badran also carries the experience of being in leadership positions in companies like World Payments, First Data Corporation, VeriSign, Digital Insight and Metavante Corporation.
