MyECheck Partners with Avidia Bank to Provide Mobile and Web Payment Services

MyECheck, Inc., a leading player in electronic check solutions for online and mobile payments, has entered a partnership with Avidia Bank who will provide banking services to MyECheck and its customers in support of MyECheck's new mobile commerce platform. The bank’s partnership enables MyECheck to immediately launch its mobile payment application and web services in conjunction with Avidia Bank's account services.

MyECheck's innovative mobile commerce system provides an open platform for any registered user, business or person to send and receive invoices and payments through email, mobile devices, Internet, social media, ATMs, etc., at little or no cost.

MyECheck's downloadable merchant point-of-sale application for mobile payments allows any business to accept payments from any mobile device. Businesses simply download the app, register and accept real time payments from anyone with a mobile device who have also registered the app. This way, merchants build loyalty and save card interchange fees.

The system operates as a wireless point-of-sale using standard computer hardware and connections. Transaction data is securely exchanged through a quick response (QR) code. This industry-leading technology ensures transactions are highly secure and merchants pay only a small flat fee per transaction with no interchange fees.

Avidia Bank has also entered a reseller agreement with MyECheck and will sell MyECheck services.

Avidia Bank serves the financial needs of businesses, families and individuals through its branch network and its extensive investment in technology. Customers can bank with Avidia via a computer or a mobile device, taking advantage of the bank's state-of-the-art Internet banking capabilities.

MyECheck’s patented payment method is one of the fastest, most secure and cost-effective methods of processing payments in the US. MyECheck provides comprehensive payment solutions for all payment applications including mobile payments and the industry's most advanced security and fraud control technologies. MyECheck customers include corporations, retailers, governments, payment processors and financial institutions.

MyECheck recently closed the acquisition of Seergate, developer of a cloud platform for billing and payments. The Seergate system has been integrated with MyECheck's payment systems adding several new and revolutionary international payment and banking-related capabilities to MyECheck’s payment platform.
