As Chief Technology Officer for a number of telecom software providers, Jim has advised CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and CMOs the world over on the business and technology strategies. Beyond advising, Jim has experience turning around shrinking businesses to put them on the growth path, and has helped bring to market game-changing innovations like the industry’s first prepaid/postpaid convergent billing solution. Jim has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a law degree from the University of Notre Dame. Jim lives in New Jersey.
